I used the lovely Two-Tone Flora Stamp Set and Two-Tone Flora Dies, along with a sentiment from the Perennial Postage Stamp Set to create this pretty card. These products will be retiring at the end of April! This card is a CAS (create and share) from a photo in the online store, with some slight changes.
I started off by using the large floral die in the Two-Tone Flora Dies set to create a mask from a piece of white cardstock measuring 5″ x 3-3/4″. The die cut panel was temporarily adhered to another 5″ x 3-3/4″ white panel and I used a Blending Brush to blend Soft Sea Foam ink across the panel. The mask was removed, and the ink blended panel was adhered to a Lost Lagoon mat, then adhered to a Soft Sea Foam card base. The panel used as a mask was set aside for a future project. This masking technique creates a lovely background for the card front!

A strip of white cardstock was cut to 3-3/4″ x 1″ and I scored along the length at 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″. This strip was then adhered to the lower third of the card front.

I used the two-step stamps in the Two-Tone Flora Stamp set to stamp and die cut three flowers – two in Highland Heather and one in Daffodil Delight. The flowers were die cut using the coordinating Two-Tone Flora Dies set. I also stamped and die cut three sets of leaves. The die cut flowers and leaves were arranged and adhered to the card front with the Daffodil Delight flower popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
On the inside panel, I stamped a sentiment from the Perennial Postage Stamp Set in Lost Lagoon ink. The large flower image was two-step stamped in Daffodil Delight ink and I partially stamped the leaf image in Lost Lagoon ink. The panel was adhered to a Lost Lagoon mat then adhered to the inside of the card.

I stamped the same large flower image and leaf image onto the envelope front. A single flower was stamped onto the envelope flap in Daffodil Delight. I double Linen Bow was adhered to the card front using a Mini Glue Dot and three Iridescent Pearls were added to the card front as well.

Retiring items, such as the Two-Tone Flora Stamp Set and Dies, are while supplies last. If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
