Inky Bee Stampers

I have an easy fun fold card for you today featuring the upcoming Memorable Blooms Bundle and the pretty Bloom Impressions 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. I started with a Petunia Pop card base measuring 7-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and scored this at 4-1/4″. This card base leaves a narrow reveal of the inside of the card base. I selected a pretty Petunia Pop and Blackberry Bliss floral print from the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper pack and added a panel to a Blackberry Bliss mat, then adhered these to the card front. The reverse of this floral print was used on the narrow panel on the right of the card base and was matted to a piece of Blackberry Bliss, then adhered to the right side of the inside of the card base.

Using the Memorable Blooms Dies, I die cut a white octagon using the largest octagon die from the set. I then used both octagon dies to cut out the Blackberry Bliss floral octagon frame. The Blackberry Bliss octagon frame with then placed on top of the white octagon and I stamped the sentiment above the floral cutouts in Blackberry Bliss ink. The Blackberry Bliss octagon frame was then adhered to the white octagon using small drops of liquid glue. I adhered a length of the Blackberry Bliss & Gold Textured Ribbon to the card front diagonally using a small amount of Stampin’ Seal, then the octagon unit was adhered to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

An additional sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel in Blackberry Bliss ink and the leaf image was partially stamped onto the lower left corner of the panel in Blackberry Bliss. The panel was adhered to a Blackberry Bliss mat, then adhered to the inside of the card to the left. This panel does not show once the card is fully closed.

I partially stamped the same leaf image onto the envelope front and adhered a coordinating piece of designer series paper to the envelope flap. Three gold Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems were adhered to the centers of the die cut flowers on the card front to complete the project.

The Memorable Blooms Bundle pairs beautifully with the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper and I love the richness of the Blackberry Bliss. If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
