Inky Bee Stampers

I have a fun sparkly card for you today created from the Snowy Wonder Bundle and Snowy Scenes 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper! Who doesn’t love a pretty snow globe? I have several that I put out around Christmas time, and I love them! They just call out for a good shake!

A diagonal striped print from the Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper was adhered to a white mat, then adhered to the front of a Garden Green top fold card base. Using the Snowy Wonder Dies, I cut out the snow globe scene from the Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper. The snow globe base was cut out from White Glimmer Specialty Paper…because every holiday card should have a little sparkle! I also die cut two of the pine trees from Garden Green Festive Glimmer Paper. I stamped a single pine tree onto white cardstock in Garden Green ink and die cut this as well.

The snow globe base was adhered to the snow globe then this was adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The trees were arranged around the base of the snow globe and adhered down using a combination of liquid glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. White Glimmer snowflakes were added to the card front as well! I stamped the “Let it Snow” sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock in Poppy Parade ink then fussy cut around the sentiment. The sentiment was adhered to the upper left of the snow globe using a combination of liquid glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel, I stamped the “Season’s Greetings” sentiment in Poppy Parade ink. The large pine tree image was stamped onto the lower corner several times in Garden Green ink. I also stamped the small and medium-sized snowflakes around the trees in Pool Party ink. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

The same pine tree and snowflake images were stamped onto the envelope front and a coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap with the excess paper trimmed away from the flap using a pair of scissors. To finish up the card I added a White Diagonal Trim bow just above the snow globe. A Pool Party Stampin’ Blend was used to color five small Rhinestones, and these were adhered across the card front.
