Inky Bee Stampers

Here is another sneak peek for you from the upcoming September – December 2024 Mini Catalog! I used the A Little Bit Festive 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Greetings of the Season Stamp Set to create this pretty little holiday card. This card uses the bare minimum in supplies and took a matter of minutes to assemble!

You will find the A Little Bit Festive 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper on page 18 of the new mini catalog with additional photo samples on page 19. The A Little Bit Festive Specialty Designer Series Paper includes 6 sheets of patterned paper – 1 each of 3 double-sided designs and 1 each of 3 single-sided die cut designs. Some of the die cut pieces are gold foiled.

On a piece of white cardstock measuring 5-1/2″ x 3-1/2″, I used a Blending Brush to lightly blend Granny Apple Green ink across the center of the panel. I then stamped the “Season’s Greetings” sentiment from the Greetings of the Season Stamp Set onto the lower right corner of the panel in Garden Green ink. This panel was then adhered to a pine and ornament print panel from the A Little Bit Festive paper pack measuring 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ and was centered from top to bottom. The panel unit was then adhered to the card front. From the A Little Bit Festive pack, I punched out the image of the four stockings hanging from a pine bough and adhere this to the top of the white ink blended panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also punched out and adhered three stars from the paper pack and adhered those to the front of the panel also.

An additional sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel and without reinking my Blending Brush I lightly blended Granny Apple Green ink over the stamped sentiment. The panel was adhered towards the top of the inside of the card and I adhered a 5-1/2″ x 5/8″ strip of the coordinating designer series paper just below the inside panel, leaving a small gap of the Garden Green card base showing through.

To finish up the card I adhered a coordinating piece of the designer series paper to the envelope flap and used a pair of paper snips to trim the excess paper away from the flap.
