Inky Bee Stampers

If you are not familiar with Stampin’ Up! Memories & More Card Packs, then you need to check out the newest addition that is coming on September 4 – the Reindeer Days Memories & More Card Pack! This card pack coordinates with the Reindeer Days Suite of products. The card packs are perfect for cardmaking as well as scrapbooking and perfect for making quick and easy projects!

For this first card I selected a 4″ x 6″ card and a 3″ x 4″ card from the Reindeer Days Memories & More Card Pack. The larger card was cut down to 5-1/4″ x 4″ and adhered to the front of a Real Red card base. The plaid trimmed smaller card was matted to a piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock, then adhered to the card front. I used the Reindeer Fun Dies to cut out a leaping reindeer from the Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper and two sleigh bells from Gold Foil. The reindeer was adhered towards the top left of the plaid frame and the bells were adhered towards the bottom right of the plaid frame. A Real Red & White Baker’s Twine bow was added just above the bells.

For the inside panel I used the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set to stamp a sentiment in Real Red ink and the small pine tree in Granny Apple Green ink. Snowflakes were stamped just above the tree in Pool Party ink. The panel was adhered to a Granny Apple Green mat, then adhered to the inside of the card. The envelope front and envelope flap were decorated with the pine tree image and snowflakes.

For my second card I selected two 3″ x 4″ cards from the Reindeer Days Memories & More pack – a diagonal stripe and a Christmas Tree. The Christmas Tree card was adhered to the striped card at an angle, then this card unit was adhered to the front of a Granny Apple Green card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A Gold Foil bow was die cut using the Reindeer Fun Dies and the bow was adhered towards the top of the tree. I selected the “Merry Christmas” sentiment from one of the sticker sheets that are included with the Reindeer Days Memories & More Card Pack, and the sentiment was adhered to the lower right of the card. It doesn’t get any easier than this!

I stamped an additional sentiment on the inside panel in Granny Apple Green ink from the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set. The small holly and berry images were stamped once above the sentiment and then across the bottom of the panel. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card. The holly and berries also decorate the envelope front and envelope flap. This tiny holly image and the berry image are the absolute sweetest!

I did not keep track of exactly how long I spent creating these two cards, but it was most likely about a half hour. I love having quick and easy options!
