I have a fun and easy card for you today using the Ice Cream Swirl Bundle and the Bright & Beautiful 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. This card comes together quickly and would be great to send to a friend to wish them a great day!
I selected a panel of the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper in a Bubble Bath bubble print and matted this to a piece of Berry Burst cardstock. A length of Silver & White Sheer Ribbon was colored using a Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend then wrapped around the panel unit and the ends were secured to the back of the card using a small amount of Stampin’ Seal. The panel was then adhered to the front of a Bubble Bath card base.
The sentiment was stamped onto a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock in Berry Burst ink, then I used the smallest banner die from the Nested Essentials Dies to cut out the sentiment. I also cut a slightly larger banner in Berry Burst and adhered the sentiment label to this banner. The sentiment label was adhered to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using the Ice Cream Swirl Stamp Set, multiple donuts were stamped in Pecan Pie ink onto a scrap piece of white cardstock and I used a variety of Stampin’ Blends to color in the images. The coordinating die from the Ice Cream Swirl Dies was used to cut out the images. The donuts were adhered to the card front in a random fashion using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The “Hope your day is sweet” sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel in Berry Burst ink. Two donut images were stamped onto the lower corner of the panel and were colored in using Stampin’ Blends. The panel was then adhered to a Berry Burst mat and then adhered to the inside of the card.
I repeated stamping of the donuts on the envelope front and colored in the images with Stampin’ Blends. A coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap and I used a pair of paper snips to trim the excess paper away from the flap. I colored a short length of the Silver & White Sheer Ribbon and tied a small knot. This bow was then adhered to the top of the sentiment label using a Mini Glue Dot. Lastly, I added several pink Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins to the card front.
