Inky Bee Stampers

I used the beautiful Easter Lilies Bundle to create today’s card along with a Boho Blue solid print from the Flight & Airy 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper pack. Texture was provided by the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

A white cardstock panel was embossed using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and then this panel was adhered to the card front. Two small rectangles were cut from Lemon Lolly cardstock and Boho Blue designer series paper and these were adhered down the upper left side of the card front and off set. I then cut out the pieces for the lily using the Easter Lilies Dies.

Before adhering the lily together I used a Blender Pen to lightly brush Lemon Lolly and Soft Sea Foam ink onto the petals of the lily. The flower was then assembled using a combination of Stampin’ Dimensionals and liquid glue. Before adhering the lily to the card front, I first adhered the Garden Green leaves and a stem to the front of the card, then the lily was added using a combination of single-stacked and double-stacked Stampin’ Dimensionals. A matted sentiment label was added towards the lower right of the card front.

On the inside panel, I stamped the trellis-like image in Lemon Lolly ink down the right side of the panel, then stamped an additional sentiment using Boho Blue ink. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

I added a loose Lemon Lolly twine bow just under the base of the lily on the card front. The trellis image was stamped down the left side of the envelope front in Lemon Lolly ink and a piece of coordinating designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap with the excess paper trimmed away from the flap using a pair of paper snips.

My Grandmother loved lillies and she would have loved seeing this card! This is a beautiful bundle! If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
