Inky Bee Stampers

Here is another sneak peek of upcoming products from the January – April 2025 Mini Catalog! This card was created using the Storybook Friends Stamp Set and the Storybook Moments 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper. The Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper not only includes beautiful two-sided prints but also two sheets of punch out images that you can use on your cards and projects. I have used the punch out images on this card today!

I started by selecting the print from the Storybook Moments pack of the quaint village houses and adhere a panel to the front of a Calypso Coral card base. I then punched out two ducks, a picket fence, pretty flowers and a ground image. The flowers and fence were adhered towards the bottom of the card front using liquid glue. I then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the ducks and ground image. Aren’t these little ducks the sweetest!

The “Hello Friend” sentiment was stamped onto a white sentiment label in Calypso Coral ink and I used paper snips to cut a banner on the right side of the label. A piece of Petal Pink Scalloped Ribbon was adhered towards the upper left of the card front using Stampin’ Seal then the sentiment label was adhered over the folded ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel, I stamped the “Happy Spring” sentiment in Calypso Coral ink. I used Crumb Cake ink to stamp the image of the stone wall and the hedgehog along the bottom of the panel. Stampin’ Blends in Petal Pink, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake and Old Olive were used to color in the images. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping of the stone wall image onto the lower corner of the envelope front and colored the image as before. A coordinating piece of Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper was added to the envelope flap to complete the card.

Of all of the preorder items that I received I think the products from the Storybook Moments Suite are among my favorites! I didn’t use the Storybook Friends Dies on this card, but there are lots of dies included in the set including some beautiful, ornate frames!
