Inky Bee Stampers

Here is another sneak peek of products coming on January 7! I used the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle (which includes a stamp set, dies and a hybrid embossing folder) and the Beautiful Bokeh 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. Not sure what to create? No problem! I cased this card from the January-April 2025 Mini Catalog. And I put my own twist on the card as well!

I selected a Berry Burst bokeh print from the Beautiful Bokeh Designer Series Paper pack and adhered a panel to a white mat. This was then adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I then cut a 2-1/8″ square from white cardstock and a 1-7/8″ square from Fresh Freesia cardstock and adhered the squares together. The square unit was then adhered to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the Beautiful Butterflies Dies I die cut a small butterfly outline from Berry Burst cardstock and a small, detailed butterfly from white cardstock and adhered the die cuts together down the center using liquid glue. I then die cut a small butterfly body and adhered this to the center of the butterfly. The butterfly was then adhered to the square unit on the card front using liquid glue. I left the wings unglued so that I could bend the wings up slightly to give the butterfly more dimension. The “So Thankful” sentiment was stamped onto a piece of white cardstock and I used the smaller sentiment label die from the Beautiful Butterflies Dies to cut out the sentiment. The sentiment was then adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and was placed just below the square.

The “For You” sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel in Berry Burst ink, then I stamped the small butterfly image just above the sentiment to the right in Berry Burst ink. I then second-generation stamped the dotted image around the sentiment and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping of the small butterfly and dots on the envelope front and adhered a piece of coordinating designer series paper to the envelope flap. I used my paper snips to trim the excess paper away from the flap. I adhered multiple Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs in coordinating colors to the card front to complete the project.

This card uses minimal supplies and came together quickly. The Beautiful Butterflies Dies are awesome, too, and include a large butterfly outline that can be used to create a butterfly shaped card! I mentioned that this bundle also comes with a hybrid embossing folder which means that you can emboss and die cut a large butterfly all at the same time!
