Inky Bee Stampers

I have the sweetest card to share with you today created with the Storybook Garden Patch Bundle, Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and the Storybook Friends Stamp Set! These upcoming products will be available on January 7 from the January-April 2025 Mini Catalog, and they are part of the Storybook Moments Suite! Today’s card is just a small sample of what the products from this suite can produce…wait till you see more!

I started off with a plaid panel from the Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper pack and adhered it to a Cajun Craze mat. I used the largest circle die in the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut out a circle from Calypso Coral cardstock and adhered the circle to the center of the panel unit using liquid glue. I then wrapped a length of Petal Pink Scalloped Ribbon around the panel and secured the ends to the back of the card. This ribbon is beautiful!

I used Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the images of the turnip, carrot, cabbage and garden trough from the Storybook Garden Patch Stamp Set onto white cardstock. Stampin’ Blends in Granny Apple Green, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Pecan Pie, Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze and Cherry Cobbler were used to color in the image. The images were then die cut using the Storybook Garden Patch Dies and arranged onto the large circle on the card front. A sentiment from the Storybook Friends Stamp Set was stamped onto a piece of white cardstock in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, then die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies. The sentiment label was adhered to the lower right of the large circle on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel, I stamped the image of the turnip and carrot in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink then colored the images using Stampin’ Blends. The panel was adhered to a Cajun Craze mat, then adhered to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping and coloring of the turnip and carrot image on the envelope front and a coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap with the excess paper trimmed away from the flap. I added a small bow tied from the Scalloped Ribbon and adhered it to the upper left of the sentiment label using a Mini Glue Dot. Three Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dots were added to the large circle on the card front to finish up the project.

Every once in a while, a suite of products comes along that you can’t live without…the Storybook Moments Suite is one of them! I have only used a fraction of the products on today’s card.
