Inky Bee Stampers

This quick and simple card was created using the Regal Flora Bundle and the Regal Winter 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. Sentiments were pulled from the Simply Said Stamp Set. The richness of the colors in the Regal Winter Designer Series Paper is so pretty I had to make another card using this lovely paper! I think it stands out nicely on the white card front.

On a white panel measuring 5-1/4″ x 4″ I used the dotted stamp from the Regal Flora Stamp Set and stamped dots onto the upper right and lower left of the panel in Berry Burst ink. I then cut a piece of the designer series paper to 5″ x 2″. On one short end of this paper I cut up the middle about an inch, then I cut from each corner to the 1″ mark to form a banner. The banner was then adhered to the white panel so that the left edge of the banner was approximately 3/4″ from the left edge of the white panel. The panel was then adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used the 3-flower stamp from the Regal Flora Stamp Set and stamped this image in Blackberry Bliss onto white cardstock. I then stamped the single flower image in Berry Burst and three of the leaf sprig images were stamped in Pretty Peacock ink. I then used the Regal Flora Dies to cut out the images. I arranged the images onto the card front and adhered the leaf sprigs down using liquid glue. The flowers were then adhered over top using a combination of liquid glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. The “Happy Birthday” sentiment from the Simply Said Stamp Set was stamped onto a label in Berry Burst ink. The sentiment was then adhered to the lower right of the flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel the “Let’s Celebrate” sentiment from the Simply Said Stamp Set was stamped in Berry Burst ink. I stamped the single flower and leaf sprigs from the Regal Flora Stamp Set in Berry Burst and Pretty Peacock, respectively. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping of the flower and leaf sprigs onto the envelope front and a coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap. I used a short length of the Blackberry Bliss & Gold Textured Ribbon to tie a knot, and this was adhered to the card front, just to the left of the sentiment label. Three gold Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems were added to the card front to complete the project.
