Inky Bee Stampers

Here is one more sneak peek of upcoming, new Online Exclusives coming on November 5 to the online store! I used the Classic Wedding Bundle to create this adorable wedding card. How cute! I absolutely love all of the little details on the car! While this bundle is geared towards wedding cards, you can change up the sentiments to accommodate birthday cards, bon voyage cards, or going-off-to-college cards (special thanks to the ladies on our Monday afternoon Zoom call for the great suggestions)!

I started off by adhering a panel of a Smoky Slate print from the Country Lace 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper to a Shy Shamrock mat, then adhering this to the front of a Shaded Spruce card base. The image of the car was stamped onto white cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I then used Stampin’ Blends in Shy Shamrock, Smoky Slate and Pool Party to color in the image. The Classic Wedding Dies were used to cut out the image, along with all of the details on the card. The window trim, trunk latch, side mirrors and bumper were all die cut from Silver Foil. The taillights were die cut from Real Red cardstock and the adorable banner on the back of the car was die cut from white cardstock then stamped with the “just married” sentiment.

The Deckled Circles Dies were used to cut out a circle from white cardstock then the circle was embossed using the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. This embossing folder is currently unavailable but should be restocked soon! The assembled car was adhered to the embossed circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals, then the circle unit was adhered to the bottom of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The white sentiment label and its Shaded Spruce mat were die cut using the Unbounded Love Dies. Then the “to the happy couple” sentiment was stamped in Shaded Spruce ink. The sentiment was adhered to its mat, then the label was adhered to the upper right of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel I stamped the “On your wedding day” and “Cheers!” sentiments in Shaded Spruce ink. Hearts were stamped around the sentiment in Bubble Bath ink. The panel was adhered to a Shy Shamrock mat, then adhered to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping of the hearts on the envelope front and a coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap. I used a pair of paper snips to trim the excess paper away from the flap. Silver Trim was tied in a small bow and adhered to the back of the car on the card front. Die cut roses and hearts were also added to the card front to finish up the project.
