Inky Bee Stampers

What can be cuter than a singing mouse? Today’s card was created with the Christmas Friends Bundle and Take a Bow 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. I had loads of fun creating this cute little card!

I first selected a Garden Green and Granny Apple Green star print from the Take a Bow Designer Series Paper and adhered a panel to a Real Red mat, then adhered this to the front of a Granny Apple Green card base. Using the Stylish Shapes Dies I die cut a white circle, a small white sentiment label and a slender Real Red sentiment label. I stamped the pine tree image from the Christmas Friends Stamp Set across the circle three times in Granny Apple Green ink then set the circle aside. The “Happy Holidays” sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink onto the white sentiment label. The white label was adhered to the Real Red label. Before adhering the sentiment label to the card front, I added two lengths of Silver Trim towards the top of the card front, then adhered the sentiment over top of the Trim ends using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the Christmas Friends Dies, I die cut four gifts from assorted papers from the Take a Bow Designer Series Paper pack. White die cut ribbons were added to the gifts, along with red die cut bows. The cute mouse was stamped onto a scrap piece of white cardstock and colored in with Stampin’ Blends then die cut. The gifts were added along the bottom of the white die cut circle and the mouse was added to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Die cut black music notes were added around the top of the circle then the circle was added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

An additional sentiment was stamped onto the inside panel in Real Red ink, then the pine tree was stamped onto the lower left corner in Granny Apple Green ink. The bear image was stamped in the opposite corner using Tuxedo Black Memento ink then colored in with Crumb Cake, Real Red and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. The panel was adhered to the remaining Real Red mat, then adhered to the inside of the card.

The pine tree image was stamped again onto the front of the envelope and a coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap. I added three clear Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems to the card front to finish up the project.

Stampin’ Up! Network Maintenance

On Saturday, September 21, 2024 Stampin’ Up! will be undergoing some network maintenance beginning at 8:00 am (MT) and lasting for approximately two hours.

Customers should be aware that the Stampin’ Up! online ordering system will be slightly impacted. Ordering in our online store will continue to function, but with a few small issues.  Orders placed during the outlined maintenance time will not show up in your order history until later the same day. Because the system used to verify product credits will be down, product credits will not be accepted on purchases made during the maintenance period. Order confirmation email and other related notifications will not send during the maintenance period. Instead, all impacted notifications will send after the maintenance period is over.
