Inky Bee Stampers

I have another quick and easy card using the Reindeer Fun Bundle, Take a Bow 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and the Reindeer Days 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. This trio of leaping reindeer are bringing Christmas greetings! And I couldn’t resist using the pretty red and white candy stripe paper!

I started off by adhering the Real Red and white candy stripe print to the front of a Granny Apple Green card base. The Reindeer Fun Dies were used to cut out the three reindeer from one of the papers in the Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper. I also used these same dies to cut out the holly from Granny Apple Green cardstock and the berries from Real Red cardstock. The cute little reindeer were adhered towards the top of the card front with the center reindeer adhered using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The Merry Christmas sentiment from the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set was stamped onto a sentiment label measuring 3″ x 1/2″ using Real Red ink. I adhered the left edge of the sentiment label to the back of the die cut holly, then this was adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The right edge of the sentiment label was lined up with the right edge of the card base.

An additional sentiment from the Reindeer Fun Stamp Set was stamped onto the inside panel in Real Red ink. The image of the leaping reindeer was stamped onto the lower corner of the panel using Early Espresso ink. The harness for the reindeer was also stamped in Early Espresso. I used Stampin’ Blends in Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Real Red and Daffodil Delight were used to color in the image. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

I repeated stamping of the reindeer on the envelope front and colored the image in with Stampin’ Blends. A small bow from Real Red & White Baker’s Twine was added to the card front, just above the holly, using a Mini Glue Dot. Using small drops of liquid glue, I added six White Loose Snowflakes above the reindeer to complete the card.

This card was a breeze to pull together thanks to the Reindeer Fun Dies cutting out the cute reindeer from the Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper! It makes for easy crafting! If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
