Inky Bee Stampers

This pretty looking thank you card was created with the Magnolia Mood Bundle and the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder for some added texture! The large Magnolia image in this stamp set is one of the loveliest floral images that you’ll find among Stampin’ Up products! And I love the softness that the Soft Sea Foam accents add to this card. The Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder was used to emboss a 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ white panel. The embossed panel was then adhered to the front of a Soft Sea Foam card base. On a white cardstock square measuring 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ I stamped the large flower image from the Magnolia Mood Stamp set onto the square in Soft Sea Foam ink. I then used the light and dark shades of Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends to darken only the shadow areas of the image. The stamped square was then adhered to a Soft Sea Foam mat, then this was adhered to the top of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of Basic White cardstock in Soft Sea Foam ink and I used the Deckled Rectangles Dies to cut out the sentiment. A Soft Sea Foam mat was also cut out using these dies, then the sentiment label was adhered to the mat. The sentiment label was then adhered to the card front using a combination of liquid glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. But wait! I also die cut two of the 3-leaf images from the Magnolia Mood Dies from Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I used the dark shade of a Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends to darken the die cuts, then the leaf die cuts were adhered to the upper left and lower right of the sentiment label using a little bit of liquid glue. Lovely!

The single leaf image from the Magnolia Mood Stamp Set was partially stamped multiple times onto the upper left and lower left corners of the panel in Soft Sea Foam ink then the panel was adhered to the inside of the card base.

The large magnolia flower image was partially stamped onto the envelope front and the single leaf image was stamped onto the envelope flap in Soft Sea Foam ink. I used the dark shade of a Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blend to color three small Rhinestone Basic Jewels, and these were placed onto the center of the magnolia image on the card front.

The Magnolia Moods Bundle is among one of my favorites. The shading on the large Magnolia image is amazing and I love enhancing the shading with Stampin’ Blends! Back to School Sales Tax Holiday (US only)
