It is Thursday once again and time for another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! If you are hopping over from Terry Lynn’s blog or you are starting with my blog…welcome and thanks for stopping by. I know we will see lots of inspiration this week in the Hop so be sure to use the links below to check out everyone’s projects!
I used the lovely Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper and the Painted Lavender Stamp Set and Dies to create this pretty little floral thank you card for the Hop today.

We have a sketch challenge for the Hop today!

Using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder I embossed a panel of Blackberry Bliss cardstock. A 4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″ panel of the Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper was adhered to the center of the Blackberry Bliss panel, then this was adhered to the front of a Gorgeous Grape card base.
I used the Painted Lavender Dies to cut out various floral sprigs from scraps of Soft Sea Foam, Berry Burst, Fresh Freesia and Basic White cardstocks. The “thank you” sentiment from the Something Fancy Stamp Set was stamped onto a piece of white cardstock in Blackberry Bliss ink then cut out using the smallest square die from the Perennial Postage Dies. The sentiment was adhered to the lower left of the designer series paper panel on the card front and then the die cut floral sprigs were arranged then adhered to the card. To finish the arrangement, a short length of Silver & White Sheer Ribbon was folded in half then tucked under the sentiment label.

An additional sentiment from the Something Fancy Stamp Set was stamped onto the inside panel in Blackberry Bliss ink. I used the delicate floral image from the Painted Lavender Stamp Set to stamp across the bottom of the panel in Fresh Freesia, then in second-generation stamped Blackberry Bliss. The panel was adhered to a Blackberry Bliss mat, then adhered to the inside of the card.

The same floral image was stamped onto the envelope front, and I added a coordinating piece of designer series paper to the envelope flap and trimmed the excess paper away from the flap using a pair of paper snips. To finish up the card I added three Purple Fine Shimmer Gems to the card front.

I hope you enjoyed my project for today. Thanks again for stopping by my blog! If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
