Happy Friday! One of the new kits released in July in the Online Store is the Garden of Thanks Kit. I recently received my kit in the mail and wanted to share the finished project with you. These cards are beautiful and who doesn’t need a stash of thank you cards! The kit contains a total of 9 cards – 3 each of 3 different designs. And the kit includes everything needed to complete the cards including card bases, coordinating envelopes, a Stampin’ Spot (Misty Moonlight), a stamping block, a stamp set, beautiful floral punch out pieces, adhesives, twine and embellishments!

The stamp set in the kit includes a pretty floral sprig. On the card above, I first stamped the sprig on the upper left and lower right of the card front then added this pretty floral piece to the center of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment onto the pretty gold edged label then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few pretty gold sequins to complete the card front.

The thank you sentiment was stamped inside of the card and I repeated stamping of the floral sprig in the lower corner. Notice the pretty gold details on the envelope flap? I also stamped the leaf sprig onto the envelope front.

This next card was the quickest to complete. The punch out “thank you” sentiment was included in the kit and I matted the sentiment to the provided banner. I added a few lengths of Gold Trim just under the sentiment label before adhering it to the card front (Note that the Gold Trim is not included in this kit.). The gold trim coordinates nicely with the gold accents on the card! Gold sequins were also added to the card.

I added an additional sentiment on the inside of this card also, then second generation stamped the pretty floral sprig over top of the sentiment.

This is my favorite card in the kit! Check out the gold cross hatch detail on the card front. The punched-out pieces include two sprigs that sit behind the main floral image, and these were all popped up onto the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The sentiment was stamped onto the pretty gold edged label then adhered onto the lower right of the card. A Misty Moonlight twine bow was added just above the sentiment and gold sequins were added. Such a gorgeous card!

Of course, I added a sentiment to the inside of the card along with the floral sprig image stamped in the upper right and lower right corners.
I am constantly impressed with the quality of the kits, both from the Kits Collection and Paper Pumpkin kits! Kits are such a great option whether you are a new crafter or an experienced crafter! Kits are also an excellent option if you are travelling…just toss the boxed kit in your bag and you are all set! The fact that the kits include everything needed to complete the project make kits a very convenient option! If you would like to purchase the Garden of Thanks Kit, I have included a link below.
