Today’s card was created with the lovely Scenic Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set and Iconic Celebrations 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. The stamped images from the Scenic Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set and the Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Paper can both be found in the Online Exclusives section of the Online Store.
I started off with a leaf print panel in Cajun Craze from the Iconic Celebrations Designer Series Paper pack and adhered this panel to the front of a Pumpkin Pie card base. Onto a white cardstock panel measuring 4-1/4″ x 3″ I stamped the large fence image towards the lower left of the panel in Pecan Pie. The pumpkins and their stems were stamped in Pumpkin Pie and Mossy Meadow inks, and the trees in the distance (upper right corner) were stamped in Crumb Cake and Crushed Curry inks. I then used a Blending Brush to lay in some ground across the panel in Mossy Meadow ink. I used a separate Blending Brush to blend Balmy Blue ink for the sky. The panel was then matted to a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock and adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A piece of the leaf print designer series paper was cut to 3″ x 1″. I cut a banner end on the right side of this strip then adhered the strip to the card front in the upper left corner of the stamped panel. The sentiment was stamped onto a white sentiment label measuring 2-1/2″ x 3/4″ and I cut a banner end on the right side of the label. Linen Thread was looped several times and adhered to the center of the leaf print banner then the sentiment label was adhered over top using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Without reinking my Blending Brushes, I blended Mossy Meadow ink over the bottom left of the inside panel and Balmy Blue above the green area. The pumpkins were stamped onto the green blended area in Pumpkin Pie ink and the stems were stamped in Mossy Meadow ink. The panel was adhered to the inside of the card.
I repeated the ink blending onto the lower corner of the envelope front and again stamped the pumpkin image with their stems. A coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap and I trimmed the excess paper away from the flap using a pair of paper snips. Three champagne Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems were added to the card front to finish up the project.
