This pretty little birthday card was created using the Everyday Details Bundle and Poetic Expressions 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. I also used a seconday sentiment from the Flower Cart Stamp Set. When choosing colors for this card I turned to the colors contained in the paper from the Poetic Expressions Designer Series Paper…it takes all of the guess work out of picking colors for your card projects!
I started by stamping the potted flowers image from the Everyday Details Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto a white cardstock panel measuring approximately 4-1/2″ x 3″. When stamping I made sure to center the image onto the panel. I used Stampin’ Blends in Bubble Bath, Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat and Mossy Meadow to color in the image. I used the largest rectangle die from the Everyday Details Dies set to cut a frame from a Moody Mauve print from the Poetic Expressions Designer Series Paper pack. The inside cut was set aside to use for a future project. The frame portion of the designer series paper was adhered to the stamped and colored white panel. This panel was then adhered to a Bubble Bath mat using Stampin’ Dimensionals, then the unit was adhered to the card front using liquid glue.

The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of white cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I used the second from smallest circle die from the Everyday Details Dies to cut out the sentiment label. I applied a small amount of Stampin’ Seal onto the back of the label and adhered a length of Bubble Bath Sheer Ribbon to the label. The label was then adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and the ribbon ends were trimmed flush with the edges of the designer series paper panel.
On the inside panel I adhered a 1/2″ strip of the same designer series paper down the right edge of the panel. I borrowed a sentiment from the Flower Cart Stamp Set for the inside of the card and this was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. The panel was adhered to a Bubble Bath mat, then adhered to the inside of the card.

I used the small dotted image from the Everyday Details Stamp Set and stamped this image up the left side of the envelope front in Moody Mauve ink. A coordinating piece of designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap and I used a pair of paper snips to trim the excess paper away from the flap. Three Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels were adhered to the card front to finish up the project.

The Everyday Details Stamp Set contains some beautiful images that are suitable for a variety of cards and the Everyday Details Dies are a must have!
