Inky Bee Stampers

This pretty floral Thank You card was created using the lovely Delightful Floral 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper along with the Gorgeously Made Bundle and the Countryside Corners Dies.  The Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper can be found in the Online Exclusives section of the Online Store.

I started off by adhering a leaf print to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base.  The Countryside Corners Dies were used to cut out two octagons.  I used the 3^rd to largest die to cut out a Berry Burst octagon and I used the 4^th to largest die to cut out an octagon from a small floral print from the Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper.  The octagons were adhered together then adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Two large greenery stems were cut out using the Gorgeously Made Dies.  One stem was cut from Pretty Peacock cardstock and one stem was cut from Pool Party cardstock.  The larger Pool Party stem was then cut apart into four pieces to create one larger stem and three smaller stems.  The Pretty Peacock stem and the large of the Pool Party stems were adhered to the front of the octagons using liquid glue and the bottoms of the stems rest at the bottom of the largest octagon and fan out to the left and right.  The smaller Pool Party stems were tucked around the octagon unit and adhered with liquid glue.

The ”Thank you” sentiment was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink onto a scrap of Basic White cardstock.  The label die from the Gorgeously Made Dies was used to cut out the sentiment.  Stampin’ Dimensionals were placed along the bottom edge of the sentiment label and the sentiment label was added to the card front at the bottom of the largest octagon.  A length of Iridescent Ribbon was cut lengthwise and I tied a small bow.  The bow was adhered to the Pretty Peacock stem using a Mini Glue Dot.  Several Pretty Peacock Adhesive-Backed Sequins were added to the card front.

The two large greenery images from the Gorgeously Made Stamp Set were partially stamped onto the lower left corner of the inside panel and one image was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink and one was stamped in Pool Party ink.  The images overlap each other.  An additional sentiment was stamped at the top of the panel and the panel was then adhered to a Berry Burst mat, then adhered to the inside of the card base.

The same greenery images were stamped on the lower corner of the envelope front.  A small floral print from the Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper was adhered to the envelope flap and the excess paper was trimmed away from the flap using a pair of paper snips.
