Stampin’ Up! Abundant Beauty Fall Card

The Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks make for a beautiful quick and easy Fall card! I also added some Tartan Foil 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper in Copper Clay to this card for some rich color!

The sunflower masks in the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks set include a total of four masks to create these cheerful flowers. I started with a Basic White panel and using Blending Brushes, I first blended Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie ink to create the sunflowers. The centers of the flowers were blended with Pecan Pie and Early Espresso ink. The leaves were blended with Granny Apple Green and Mossy Meadow ink. The panel was adhered to an Early Espresso mat then adhered to the front of a Pumpkin Pie card base.

I matted a panel of the Tartan Foil Specialty Designer Series Paper to an Early Espresso mat, then adhered this unit to the bottom of the card front. The 2″ Circle Punch was used to punch out a circle in white and Pumpkin Pie cardstock. The sentiment was stamped onto the white circle in Pumpkin Pie ink and then adhered to the Pumpkin Pie circle – leaving a small reveal of the Pumpkin Pie underneath the white circle. A small amount of Stampin’ Seal was applied to the lower left of the card, and I looped Linen Thread several times diagonally and adhered it to the Stampin’ Seal. The sentiment label was adhered over the thread loops using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

An additional sentiment was stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink on the inside panel. On the bottom of the panel, I partially ink blended two of the sunflowers and a leaf using the Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks and I stuck with the same colors that were used on the card front. The panel was then adhered to the inside of the card.

Using the Abundant Beauty Decorative masks, I ink blended the smallest sunflower on the envelope front. A coordinating piece of Tartan Foil Specialty Designer Series Paper was adhered to the envelope front and I trimmed the excess paper away from the flap using my paper snips. Several brown Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems were added to the card front to complete the card.

Using the masks to create the sunflowers and leaves took a matter of minutes. I was surprised how quickly this card came together! If you would like to recreate this card you can download, save and print the pdf tutorial by clicking on the image below.
