Inky Bee Stampers

Today’s card was created using the Gorgeously Made Bundle and the Masterfully Made 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper, along with some pretty Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper.

I started off by adhering a print in Pretty Peacock to a white mat. White Herringbone Ribbon was then wrapped around the bottom portion of the panel and the panel was adhered to the front of a card base in Berry Burst. Berry Burst and Pretty Peacock look really great together!

A circle was punched from Lost Lagoon Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper using a 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. This circle was adhered to the upper left corner of the card front. I die cut several of the leaf images from white cardstock and adhered these to the card front. The greenery image was die cut from Berry Burst Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper and also adhered to the card front.

A second circle was punched from white cardstock using the 2″ Circle Punch. I second-generation stamped one of the floral images onto the 2″ circle using Lost Lagoon ink and the “Hello” sentiment was stamped onto the circle in Pretty Peacock ink. The sentiment label was adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and was positioned just over the stems of the floral die cuts.

For the inside panel I stamped an additional sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink and stamped one of the floral images in the lower left corner in Berry Burst ink.

The same floral image was stamped onto the envelope front and a piece of coordinating designer series paper was adhered to the envelope flap and the excess paper was trimmed away from the flap. Several pink Adhesive-Backed Sequins were adhered to the sentiment label on the card front.

While I created this card as a friendship card it would also make a bright and cheerful birthday card. You can download, save and print the pdf tutorial for this card by clicking on the image below.
