Inky Bee Stampers

Happy Friday to all of my crafty friends! My June Paper Pumpkin Kit arrived, the Welcome Inn Kit, and I dived right in! The Kit contained everything I needed to create nine beautiful cards with envelopes and the Kit coordinates with the Countryside Corners Suite of products.

I changed the sentiment up on six of the cards to make them Thank You cards since I can always use these! The Pansy Patch Stamp Set was used for the “thank you” sentiment as it has such a pretty font. The remaining three cards are friendship cards.

For the cards with the Night of Navy card bases, I chose to assemble the card in portrait rather than the recommended landscape orientation. I also repositioned the provided banner and I pulled out my Boho Blue ink and did a little ink blending on the octagon panel before adhering the flower vases to the panel. I thought the ink blending helped to distinguish the white of the background vases from the white of the panel…it helped the vases to pop a little bit more!

I’m not one to shy away from trying different colors together but I never would have dreamed to combine Calypso Coral with all of the blues…but look how awesome these colors look together!

I love the frame element on this card! Here is the Calypso Coral again…just beautiful!

I had all nine cards assembled in about an hour and all of the cards are over-the-top beautiful! I even have a few components left over to make another card! Paper Pumpkin Kits are such a great option for anyone who is busy or on the go and they are great for beginner crafters too!
