Inky Bee Stampers

Happy Friday my crafty friends! I hope everyone is doing well and you’re ready to enjoy the weekend! Today’s card uses the Inked & Tiled Stamp Set, Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper, Countryside Corners Dies and the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder. I love the blue-green shades together on this card (Pool Party, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock) along with the white embossed panel. This card includes some simple stamping and comes together in minutes!

I started by embossing a white panel using the Twisted Rope 3D Embossing Folder then adhered the panel to the front of a Pool Party card base. I selected a Lost Lagoon print from the Inked Botanicals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper pack and used the daisy image from the Inked & Tiled Stamp Set to first and second-generation stamp the image in Pretty Peacock ink. I used the third to largest die from the Countryside Corners Dies to cut out the image. I also cut out an octagon using the same dies – this time the second to largest die from Pretty Peacock cardstock. The stamped octagon was adhered to the larger Pretty Peacock octagon, and I then adhered the panels to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The inside panel was simply first and second generation stamped with the same daisy image using Pretty Peacock ink. The panel was adhered to a Pretty Peacock mat then adhered to the inside of the card.

The same stamped image was repeated on the envelope front. I added a piece of coordinating designer series paper to the envelope flap and trimmed the excess paper away from the flap. Several Loose Frosted Dots in Pretty Peacock were added to the card front using glue. A knot bow was tied using Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon and this was adhered to one of the daisy stems on the card front.

I love keeping a few all-occasion cards around for when I need a card quickly. A sentiment can easily be added to this card to fit the occasion. You can download, save and print the pdf tutorial for this card by clicking on the image below.
