Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Sympathy Card

I used the Wonderful World Bundle – Wonderful World Stamp Set and Wonderful World 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper – to create today’s card. The Wonderful World stamp set, and paper makes a pretty, quick and easy card that would also be suitable as a birthday card or thinking of you card.

The Wonderful World Bundle is available as a free item with any qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration which is going on now through August 31. I started with a card base in Mossy Meadow cardstock and adhered a panel of the beautiful Wonderful World DSP to the card front, followed by a coordinating strip of DSP to the left edge. A panel of Pear Pizzazz was die cut using the Deckled Rectangles Dies and a length of Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon was adhered horizontally across the bottom of the die cut panel. This panel was then adhered to the center of the card front.

From the large flower print Wonderful World DSP I fussy cut one of the white flowers and adhered the flower to the Pear Pizzazz panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A sentiment label was added in white cardstock with a Mossy Meadow mat using the Label Me Lovely Punch. The sentiment I used came from the Eden’s Garden Stamp Set and was stamped in Mossy Meadow. The sentiment label was adhered to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A small bow tied from the Fresh Freesia Open Weave Ribbon was added to the left of the sentiment label and several Brushed Brass Butterflies adorn the card front.

One of the flower images from the Wonderful World Stamp set was stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink onto the inside label and adhered to the inside of the card. The same image was stamped onto the envelope front. A piece of coordinating DSP was added to the envelope to finish off the card.

The Wonderful World Stamp Set and Wonderful World Designer Series Paper is one of my favorite Sale-A-Bration items! The stamped images or gorgeous, as is the paper!
